Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, prior to your scheduled time. Service time will end at the scheduled time regardless of start time to accommodate other guests.
Cancellations require 24 hours notice for individual appointments. No-shows or cancellations made after the required period will be charged a $25.00 non-refundable fee on the next visit.
We will gladly accept any product return within 7 days of the purchase with the original receipt for exchange or store credit only. Product must not have been opened or used in order to return.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards. No checks please.
